WHO IS ROSY?
Rosy was created because of an unmet desire from within to bring more thoughtful and humble hospitality to people. Rosy is Wife & Husband duo Rowan (Ro) and Ziad (Zee) – hence Rosy – who are inspired by restaurants that make them feel quite simply, happy.
Happiness comes from the restaurants we experience, the stories we hear, the people we meet, the places we visit, and the music we hear. All our senses are immersed in anything and everything we do. This is what we work to share with you!

Rosy was founded in 2023 and is behind the acclaimed Couqley French Brasserie in Dubai (since 2016), Girl & the Goose Central American Restaurant, and Butter by the Dozen desserts.
