Girl & the Goose - Restaurante Centroamericano
We have partnered with Chef Gabriela Chamorro from Girl and the Goose Supper Club. Gabriela is a Nicaraguan visionary, infusing contemporary twists into Central American cuisine.
Inspired by her grandmother’s kitchen, she honed her skills as a self-taught chef and later specialized at the Culinary Institute of Barcelona. Over the past six years, she’s reimagined traditional Central American dishes, drawing from her Nicaraguan heritage and global travels. Her menu reflects her Dubai dream, blending traditional recipes with modern flair. Girl and the Goose offers an intimate dining experience, where Gabriela’s storytelling brings each dish to life. From kitchen takeovers to her own supper club, she’s served over 5000 guests, sharing her love for food and culture. Now, we’re excited to announce the launch of her first restaurant coming soon, transforming her beloved supper club into a permanent culinary destination

We’ve teamed up with Chief Baking Officer Asma Jabri to bring Dubai the ultimate cookie experience. Introducing ‘Butter by the Dozen’, fresh out of the oven! Asma invites you on a gourmet journey with our classic artisanal cookies, exclusively on Deliveroo. We present the timeless baker’s dozen tradition, where every order includes 13 treats.
Led by Asma and her dedicated team, Butter by the Dozen is more than just baking cookies; it’s an experience honoring the essence of baking. Our focus on Valrhona® Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, and Nutella flavors ensures each cookie is freshly baked daily. Using Danish butter for rich flavor and Asma’s signature browning technique, perfected over three meticulous days, our cookies offer a unique harmony of gooey centers and crisp edges.

Couqley French Bistro
Couqley French Bistro opened its doors in Dubai’s Jumeirah Lake Towers in 2016, bringing the charm of an authentic French bistro to the city. Born in Beirut, Couqley has long been a staple in Lebanon’s dining scene, celebrated for its classic French dishes in a cozy bistro setting.
In 2024, Couqley JLT was replaced by CQ French Brasserie, an entirely new and independent brand created by Ziad Kamel.
